Coffee

We use freshly roasted beans from Revive Espresso, a local Petone, Wellington based boutique coffee roasting company.

Revive uses premium grade Arabica green beans sourced from around the world. Their unique blend has no less than seven single origin coffees. The blend is roasted medium dark for a full flavour. It is rich, yet smooth and has strong flavour characteristics of chocolate, toffee and almond.

Tea

Our tea is supplied by Wellington tea specialists’ t Leaf T. Rise offers six of their tea infusions:

Earl Gray Blue Flower
“A fragrant and full flavored bergamot tea with pretty blue mallow blossoms and cornflowers.”

English Breakfast
“Full bodied and strong. A perfect morning cuppa with notes of cinnamon toast.”

Sencha
“A unique and well known style of green tea popularized in Japan. Sencha’s deep green colour and distinctly fresh grassy flavour come from special “steak processing” during manufacture.”

Berrylicious
“A rich strawberry, raspberry flavoured tisane. Berylicious is an incredibly pleasing and well balanced infusion that takes sweetener well.”

Tokyo Lime
“Lime, lemon and sencha are decorated with sunflower petals, blue mallow blossoms, chamomile flowers and rose petals.”

Kawakawa Fire
“Native New Zealand kawakawa blended with warming lemongrass and ginger.”
